Radon testing of any property is available upon request. An additional fee of $110.00* (which includes canisters, pickup, delivery and lab fees) is charged when performed at the time of inspection. The inspector will provide and leave two Radon canisters at the site for approximately 48 hours. He will retrieve the canisters and deliver them to the laboratory for reading. A written report and explanation of the results will be issued to the client.
